What are the average cinema opening times?

I'm doing a project in Marketing Studies where I am 'opening an outdoor cinema in Cornwall for tourists'. I need to look into the legalities of it all so are there restrictions on regular cinema opening hours? Is there a certain time they have to be closed by? I also have to think about noise pollution... Any answer would be helpful!! Thanks!!
